SHIPPING INFO

Worldwide shipments are done through Fedex. This allows you to track your package and receive notifications. Timeframe is between 3-5 or 5-7 working days according to Country.

If you require your package to be insured there will be an extra cost that varies according to country. Please contact me in advance to confirm price of insured shipping. 

DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDER

The buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes incurred from Australia in their country of origin. Each country has different charges for duties and taxes. There is a Fair trade Agreement between Australia and US and you are not charged for duties and taxes for amount over 10K USD. For Canada there is a % on the amount and same from Europe. Please make sure you check all this before placing your order or direct message me for help.

RETURN POLICY

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of their nature:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Items on sale

REFUNDS 

Refunds are possible under the following terms:

1. Notify within 3 days after receiving the piece

2. Shipping the items is at your own shipping cost within 14 days

3. It is your responsibility shipping method and costs

4. I will refund 85% of the whole amount paid within 30 days after receiving the piece

5. Custom made pieces and sale pieces are excluded 

6. You will get your credit card or bank transfer refund according to your payment method.

EXCHANGES 

Exchanges are possible within 14 days after receiving the piece at your own shipping cost and paying the exchange difference if the piece chosen exceeds the amount paid. Some custom made orders might be excluded.
